This Privacy Policy explains how WizardCore (“the Bot”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Bot in Discord servers or related services such as our website and API (when available).
1. Who operates the Bot
WizardCore is operated by Wager Wizards. For privacy questions or data requests, contact us through our Discord support server.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how a Discord server uses the Bot, we may process:
- Discord identifiers: user IDs, guild (server) IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, and message IDs.
- Profile information from Discord: display names, usernames, and avatars when shown in Bot responses or logs.
- Account and payment data: linked stake/platform IDs, cryptocurrency addresses, payment amounts, reasons, vouch status, and timestamps.
- Moderation data: warnings, mutes/timeouts, ban records, and related moderator actions where enabled.
- Community feature data: AFK status, raffle activity counts, raffle win history, trigger configurations, and sticky message settings.
- Message content (limited): only when required by enabled features, such as prefix commands (
w.), vouch message validation in configured vouch channels, keyword triggers configured by server staff, AFK mention summaries, and optional admin audit logging. - Website/API data (when available): Discord OAuth login information (such as your Discord user ID and basic profile) and API keys you generate to access your own Bot data.
3. How we use information
We use collected information solely to:
- Provide Bot commands and server-configured features.
- Process payments, vouches, IDs, moderation actions, raffles, triggers, logging, and related tools.
- Maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and prevent abuse.
- Allow you to view your own stored data through our website or API, when those services are enabled.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Discord message content or Bot data to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
4. Where data is stored
Bot data is stored off Discord on our self-hosted servers, primarily in a SQLite database and operational log files on our VPS. Website/API authentication data and API key hashes may also be stored on our servers when those services are available.
5. Who can access your data
- Server administrators and authorized staff in a Discord server can access Bot features and records for that server according to their permissions.
- You may access your own linked data through the website/API when available.
- Bot operators access data only as needed to operate, secure, and maintain the Bot.
We do not expose one user's private Bot records to other users except where a server staff member uses an authorized Bot command.
6. Discord permissions and features
WizardCore may require privileged Discord intents, including:
- Server Members Intent: for moderation, member resolution, join/leave logging, and payment-related role actions.
- Message Content Intent: for prefix commands, vouch validation, triggers, AFK handling, optional audit logging, and raffle activity tracking.
We do not use the Presence Intent.
7. Data retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide Bot functionality and comply with server operations. Some cached message content used for audit logging is temporary. Server administrators may manage or request removal of certain records through support channels where applicable.
8. Your choices
- You can leave a Discord server that uses the Bot.
- Server administrators can disable optional features such as audit logging, triggers, or raffle tracking.
- You can clear AFK status with Bot commands or by sending a new message, where AFK is enabled.
- You can revoke website/API access by deleting API keys or disconnecting Discord login when available.
- You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your data where applicable (see Section 9).
9. Data deletion requests
You may request deletion of your activity data stored by WizardCore. To submit a request, contact us through our Discord support server:
Please include the following so we can process your request:
- Your Discord user ID (or username and the server where you used the Bot)
- A description of the data you want deleted (e.g. stake ID, payment records, warnings, raffle data, crypto addresses)
- Confirmation that you are the owner of the Discord account in question
When we receive a valid request, we will delete or anonymize your associated records where applicable and technically feasible, typically within 30 days. This may include:
- Linked stake/platform IDs and cryptocurrency addresses
- Payment and vouch records where you are the recipient
- Moderation warnings issued to you
- Raffle participation and win history
- AFK status and related temporary mention data
- Website/API keys tied to your account, when available
Some data may be retained if required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or if deletion would affect other users' legitimate records (for example, server-wide audit logs). Server administrators may also hold records independently through Discord or their own policies.
10. Children's privacy
The Bot is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Discord's minimum age requirements also apply.
11. Third-party services
The Bot operates on Discord's platform and may integrate with services configured by server administrators, such as Google Sheets for wager lookups. Those services have their own privacy policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Bot after changes means you accept the updated policy.
